Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

We currently offer FREE shipping on orders over $100!

Standard shipping cost is $10.00.

All items purchased are shipped via UPS Ground. All orders ship within 12-48 hours of order and typical delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Return Policy:

Shopping online can be hard, and we want you to love all your purchases from Check Meowt Boutique, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase.

All purchases, except for final sale items, are eligible for store credit only if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this time frame, your item will no longer be eligible for return.

Return Instructions:

Send an email to shopcheckmeowt@gmail.com with your order number, the item you would like to return and your reason for returning the item.

We will respond to your email within 24 hours with a prepaid shipping label. Print the label, package your return and drop it off at your local UPS drop box.

Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 days to process your return. Once the return is processed, a store credit will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items:

Damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving your order. Please send us an email at shopcheckmeowt@gmail.com with pictures detailing the damage.

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses do not qualify as damaged.

Additional Return Details:

Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. Tags must still be attached.

The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.

Store Credit does not expire.

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
